If this kit is installed for the VoodooTV FM PAL card than remote support will not be available. ======================================================================= Installation ======================================================================= Requirements ------------ - Windows 95 (w/OSR2), Windows 98, - Use on Windows 98SE, Windows ME if NetMeeting is required - PC with a Pentium II, Pentium Pro, Pentium or similar processor - 16MB of RAM or more suggested Fresh Installation / Upgrade Existing Drivers --------------------------------------------- 1) Unzip the drivers into a temporary directory. For a fresh installation 1) Power off the system and remove your existing 2D card. 2) Install the VoodooTV Card in a free PCI Slot 2) From the Control Panel, open the Add New Hardware 3) Let windows search for new hardware and when prompted the installation, point it to your temporary directory that the drivers were unzipped into. To upgrade existing drivers installation 1) From Control Panel, Open System and go to the Device Manager Page. 2) Under Sound, Video and Game controllers, right click on the VoodooTV Video device. 3) Go to the Driver page and click on the Update Drivers button 2) From the Control Panel, open the Add New Hardware 3) When prompted the installation, point it to your temporary directory that the drivers were unzipped into.
