I suppose that in Start/Control Panel/System/Device Manager your Voodoo2 is
(are if you have two card connected in SLI mode) named:

"PCI Multimedia Device"

If it's false you must remove any other driver...

Well, to setup FastVoodoo2 just click on "PCI Multimedia Device", "Driver", "Driver Update"
pointing at FastVoodoo 3.0 dir.
